How it works, getting started is easy

Consultation Call
Let's jump on a FREE consultation call where we can talk about your needs, health history, goals, and what you have tried in the past. 
Step 2
Decide on a plan, together. 
Because every person is different and we all face our own roadblocks when it comes to achieving our ideal health, each plan and process will be specialized to you. We decide together what kind of support you need and build a plan together. 
Step 3
Cost and Pricing.
Because your plan will be individualized, we also work with you on pricing that fits your needs. So if you want or need more weekly calls, need extra time with planning meals, or more in depth coaching for things like disordered eating, we will have your pricing reflect that. Also, some people may need coaching for an extended period of time and we want to give you the best deal. 

*At all times we offer 60-minute coaching sessions for $64/hour where we can build nutrition and meal plans/go virtual grocery shopping together/make health improvement plans, etc.
Step 4
We use feedback and communication to help you crush your goals. 
We will never expect you to make drastic diet changes or take steps that you aren't ready for. We meet you where you are in terms of nutritional knowledge, healthy habits, and your ability to implement new practices into your life. We'll help you keep the progress going but we will make sure you are able to celebrate your wins all along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions.

These are some of the most common questions that we get from clients or prospective clients.
Will my coaching and nutrition plan be just for me?
Absolutely, we start with customized macros but we personalize each habit introduction to your needs. We use info like what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, what goals you are working towards, and your current habits to build a plan one step at a time.
What is the average session length for health and nutrition coaching?
Our consultation calls generally last about 20 minutes but our first planning session can be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes as the coach and client get more acquainted. Weekly calls are generally 15-30 minutes. But you can also message your coach throughout the week. 
How much does it cost to work with a health coach?
We used to use fixed pricing but found that it didn't apply to or work for about half of our clients. We have progressed to an adjustable method where we look at how long it will take you to reach your goal (with scientific methods and practices applied) and what level of coaching you will need to get there and work with you to figure out a manageable pricing. 
How often do you meet with your health coach?
This depends on what your goals are mostly and where you are in your journey. At the beginning, we meet with most clients for one call per week, some communication throughout the week, and sometimes trickle down to just two calls per month as they get more independent in the process (this is a good thing).
What are the health benefits of working with a health and nutrition coach?
We can help you achieve just about any health goal from weight loss, muscle gain, and overall improved health with better blood markers for cholesterol and blood sugar. We became certified in nutrition so we can help you easily implement better habits to improve your health. 
Can you lose weight with a health and nutrition coach?
Definitely, this is the main concern that prospective clients approach us with. We have certifications in weight loss nutrition including things like disordered or emotional eating, and exercise nutrition so we can help you improve how you look and feel, improve your health, and improve your performance in physical pursuits.
